Retraction
The author of Not Another Blogger was nice enough to point out an inaccuracy in my entry about the the suicide parties being a new trend, which I now retract that it's not (according to him, it's been going on since 2000 or so).

In case you noticed that this is only the second entry of the day (by now - one in the afternoon - I think I would have had about twenty), it's because I was busy responding to his post branched off from this topic. I'm slightly embarrassed at how long it is, but I guess I'm just that "typative" (talkative doesn't seem to work here).

Every day I read bloggers that feature opinions that conflict my own and it's these bloggers that I love best, for what good is it to sit across from each other and agree about how much you love the color of the sky, how Pepsi is better Coke, cats are better than dogs, etc. We've got brains, so let's use it. Or as Michael Savage of Savage Nation says, "...you're thinking, I like that!"
